Barre – Strength & Fire
This one brought the heat! A full-body burner using ankle weights, a Pilates ball, and hand weights to sculpt, tone and totally wake up your muscles — especially the glutes (hello bum cramps, IYKYK 😅).
We paired arm and leg combos at the barre for that signature RZ rhythm and fire. You’ll want your sweat towel close — it was definitely not winter in my lounge room today!
You’ll need:

💪 Hand weights
💦 Sweat towel (trust me)
