Strength – Early Rise & Rise Again

This one was a challenge — 6:30am Sunday strength is a vibe all its own! But we showed up, and that’s what counts. Full-body, focused, and totally heart-led. I used 3kg weights, a stretch band, and a yoga block to support and steady the work.

You’ll need:

💥 3kg weights
🌀 Resistance band
☀️ A little self-celebration for showing up (even if it’s later in the day)
